Hi please can you help me please order on 11th May at 13.55 .
Had confirmation e.mail order 19-05012-49712
Estimated delivery Wed 27 May - Mon 01Jun.
Then sent you an about request on 6th June Ref. 5236076598 .
Then had e.mail from seller that I would 27 th June and not received it or any more e,mails about
delivery which I think is bad .
What so bad you have had my money since 11th May !,
It is very bad that I can not speak to someone I do understand about Covid-19 but I believe you are using this way
not sorting out problems and having my money!!!
Never dealt with you before not a very good experience so I would like refund orI will have to take it farther.

Ebay provides all these Tools to get a refund, they cannot make something be delivered, BUT you have to open the case yourself, read the insructions and follow them to the letter.
