We are members like you NOT EBAY.

On every listing in the TOP RIGHT is the Money Back Guarantee.

It is there for you to use, you do not have to speak to anyone, you open a Not Received Case to get a refund. Look in MORE ACTIONS.

Ebay provides all these Tools to get a refund, they cannot make something be delivered, BUT you have to open the case yourself, read the insructions and follow them to the letter.

These are the Community boards, Sally, so you're talking to your fellow-ebayers, not Ebay.

Ebay had no involvement in the payment process, so they don't have your money. Your payment went straight from your PayPal account or card, direct to the seller's PayPal account. The seller has your money, and it is the seller who ships your goods. Ebay doesn't sell anything, store anything, or ship anything. Ebay is simply a platform  on which sellers offer their wares, ie. an electronic version of your local shopping mall.

You don't need to speak to Ebay about non-receipt of goods, or anything else. Ebay has supplied all the information any buyer could possibly need, right here on the site. You simply read Ebay's 30-day Money Back Guarantee (on every listing, and in various other places across the site), and follow the instructions to get your money back .  You also have the More Actions dropdown beside the transaction on your Purchase History page, the Resolution Centre (link at foot of any page), and the Help pages with their integral search (links at top and foot of any page) to refer to.

If you've run out of time to open an Ebay case (you have 30 days from the delivery estimate on the order), open one in PayPal.
