Read Ebay's Money Back Guarantee (on every listing, and in various other places across the site) to learn what to do when you wish to return an item.

Once opened, do not close the return request on a promise. Closed return requests and cases cannot be reopened. You get one chance per transaction. Follow Ebay's instructions to the letter, so that you get a tracked returns label for return to the seller's Ebay-registered address. You'll receive a full refund once tracking proves delivery or attempted delivery back to that address. You MUST return to that address and no other, or you will lose buyer protection. If the seller has failed to update his address details in his Ebay account, that is his problem, not yours.
