I received an item not as described and the seller agreed to a return. However, ebay then informed me that seller then said they couldn't buy a return label for me to return it. Ebay said for me to contact the seller. I am not able to do this - I get an 'oops' message and his address is in chinese anyway.The seller is no longer active on ebay, they have no account now. Ebay said I could ask them to step in from today, 23rd October, but I can't find this option and keep going round in circles. Can anyone please help?

Ebay works on 24-hour days. The seller has a set number of days (24-hour periods) in which to deal with the issue before you can escalate a case or return request to Ebay. This is timed to the second.
