I bought a laminator that failed to work and asked for a refund. The seller accepted and refunded the full price. I printed a return label and sent the faulty item back. About a month later the laminator came back to me with a sticker indicating that the post was unable to deliver the item and the recipient faild to collect it from the mail office.
Can anyone advise, who does it belong to and am I free to simply dump it?
Thanks
I would hang onto it for now, until you've asked the seller if they still want it.
Send them a message and see if they want you to resend it, and if they do they must send you the postage money or a label.
If they don't want it back they will tell you.
