Seller re-listed items I'm still waiting for!

Hello, I'm wondering if someone can help me, please?

Basically it's been 12 days since I purchased a bundle of baby clothes from a seller. I messaged them last week to see if they could give me some form of update. As I hadn't heard anything, I opened a request this afternoon asking for an update or when they'd send my items, as it still hasn't been updated as dispatched.

I went on their seller page and found, individual listing by individual listing, the items for sale that I've paid for. So I sent another polite message through the request, asking if they could confirm my bundle was on its way and that the individual items listed were not from my bundle.

As I have to wait 3 days for ebay to step in, is there anything else I can do in the mean time? I've taken printscreens of the individual listings, in case the seller decides to say they're lost or something. I've looked through their feedback and apparently once they didn't send a bundle that was sold cheaply, so I'm annoyed at myself for not checking first and also annoyed that a seller could do something like this. I've sold and purchased many times through Ebay before, but I've never come across a seller who not only didn't honour the sale, but then listed them individually without contacting/ refunding the buyer.

Any and all advice greatly appreciated! Many thanks in advance and stay safe!

You can't do anything until you get the option to ask ebay to step in. You will then get a full refund enforced by ebay and funded by the seller.

Because the seller didn't honour the sale they will pay their selling fees and get an account defect so they are acting very unwisely.

Plus you can leave the feedback of your choice once you are refunded.

Just don't mention ebay or opening a case because if the seller is savvy enough they can get it removed.

Just say something like 'Seller refused to sell item to me'

As far as relisting the items goes, there's nothing to stop her doing that, although I agree it is a disgraceful thing to do.
