Seller has cancelled sale after I collected and paid cash

I won and collected and paid cash today seller emailed me to say she had been charged in her fees for postage? And so has cancelled the sale as I as a buyer requested? Is this above board? Shes left me feedback and me for her but it seems odd and I'm wondering will It go against me .. I've not asked to cancel and have already collected and paid ...thank you

Seller has cancelled to avoid paying final value selling fees..report to ebay as you did not request the cancellation

Feedback is of No Consequence to Ebay. Could have been left in error. Do as @95ardenfield  advises. Report the Cancellation to Ebay. They will take that very  seriously is Fee Avoidance.
