No longer receiving emails about watched items ending soon.

I used to receive emails alerting me when a watched item was about to end. These emails seem to have stopped and I have no idea why as I haven't changed anything on my account. Consequently, I've missed out on bidding on a few items.

 

Can anyone give me a clue as to why these emails have stopped and how to reinstate them please?

Yep...Exactly the same with me as well.

 

You'd think they'd address this issue in a timely manner because of all the commissions they're missing out on due to us forgetting about our watched items ending without us having a chance to bid on them.

 

It looks like I might have to set some reminders up on my phone until they solve this 😞
