Item leaving uk

Recently i buy an item in ebay from uk to hong kong via Royal Mail,the parcel has gone to langley hwdc at 7/27 and leaving the uk at 7/28 then there is no futher updates.is that normal in these days?

if the seller is using Global Shipping it's normal as many operations are involved, including different carriers.

No,seller say that it is delivery by Royal Mail International Tracked
It would only hands to hk post office from my experience\
even my item using Global Shipping from usa to hk has already sent to me
