Hi, I made 3 offers to a seller they declined so i wrote and they accepted my 4 offer, how do i pay?  Because i have used up my 3 offers the seller as make a bid on their page,.

please help?

as you and the seller have made a private arrangement ti counts as an off eBay deal which could lose you both your accounts.
