Hello , where do I stand on a purchase I made back in August for a genuine Louis Vuitton belt that I've since found to be a counterfeit and the seller is still selling the same belt over and over as a genuine LV belt and using the same receipt he emails to you to 'prove it is genuine ' and the same photos . He's leading people to believe he's selling one belt that he bought from himself . This belt was a Christmas present for someone and now I'm left with a very expensive fake . What can I do
As the first two responses contradict each other regarding being able to file a Paypal dispute, the exact time limit is 180 days from the date of payment.
PayPal may require some form of independent verification that the belt is counterfeit.

Unlike eBay, PayPal requires the buyer to pay for the return postage, unless you first register for their (free) "Return shipping on us" service, see: https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns
