Help , I purchased a belt a few months ago which is fake

Hello , where do I stand on a purchase I made back in August for a genuine Louis Vuitton belt that I've since found to be a counterfeit and the seller is still selling the same belt over and over as a genuine LV belt and using the same receipt he emails to you to 'prove it is genuine ' and the same photos . He's leading people to believe he's selling one belt that he bought from himself . This belt was a Christmas present for someone and now I'm left with a very expensive fake . What can I do

You may still be able to open a case in Paypal but you have to pay to return to the seller but you can sign up to Returns on us and you may have your postage reimbursed.

You have 180  days from date of sale so check if you are still in time.
