I am sure a seller has blocked me. I have a perfect buyer record and I made an offer to a seller, they did not accept but upon bidding it does not go through. This happened with another item from the same selller.
Can I be blocked by a seller?

You are in Cyprus and perhaps the seller does not or wish to post to Cyprus.
“I have a perfect buyer record”
All buyers have a perfect record as they cannot receive bad feedback.
