CAN A SELLER REMOVE NEG FB ? i JUST LEFT ONE AND IT HAS VANISHED.

i just put : Incompetent - Do not buy - Sends wrong parts - No answer to emails.

It was there since yesterday , now gone, says FB left on order.

No message from ebay.

Did you open a case of “ not as described “ or did you leave feedback.

Was it a business seller? I have a feeling / read somewhere that feedback can be removed if no contact was made beforehand...do you mean you emailed the seller or sent a message via eBay messages

No reply

Opened a case to return.

Left neg FB

In that order

Business seller.

Incidentally, seller has 1200 neg FBs

Seller can't but depending on what you said he can ask Ebay to remove. There are a number of things you cannot mention, Ebay, Paypal, Cases, Refunds.

That is why when leaving a negative I always recommend making it brief, something like "An Unsatisfactory Transaction" ebay would not remove that.

It is the Red Dot and Stars that do harm to a sellers account.
