Access Denied message when trying to update case

Trying to update a case and get ebay involved and keep getting this message:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.co.uk/res/ItemNotReceived/EscalateRequest?" on this server

Any ideas?

Not too early, Ebay messaged me asking me if I still needed assistance. This is on a PC via Chrome.

Definately the correct account. I am trying to respond via the open case.

Are you trying to escalate too early...

ebay is timed to the very second

what device are you using..if the app, try using a PC/ laptop or try an alternative browser...IE is not compatible now...
