Access Denied message when trying to update case

Trying to update a case and get ebay involved and keep getting this message:

 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.co.uk/res/ItemNotReceived/EscalateRequest?" on this server

 

Any ideas?

ebay do maintainance on the site sometimes it starts Thursday night and causes problems.
Usualy cleared up by Friday lunch time try again around 1pm.

That happens when you're logged into the wrong account. Log out, and into the one associated with the case.

Are you trying to escalate too early...

 

ebay is timed to the very second

 

what device are you using..if the app, try using a PC/ laptop or try an alternative browser...IE is not compatible now...
