traffic page changes ... how can we make your life harder as a business seller ?

So the traffic page have changed merging results together rather than bar charts that were so easy to read and get the data from for one day.

Why change something that works ?

Why make life harder for sellers ?

Even worse is that today shows 0 views and 0 impressions, yesterday shows really low views also and sales have completely died

same here but it must be technical as we had a lot of sales yesterday , worrying though why dont they leave it alone and stop tinkering , it takes a week everythime before the "New" thing settles down

eBay seem to have a strange love of 'fixing' the stuff thats working but dont touch the stuff thats broken, obviously the community team report all these faults and have tickets open for them but its months until stuff is fixed, if ever.

It seems broken. I've had steady views and traffic every day, but according to this graph, traffic over the past four days has supposedly dropped from 6655, 3772, 2138, to 0 today, with views falling from 92 to 48, 29, to 0 today. Even if it was working correctly, this new graph is useless compared to the previous bar chart, where I could see everything at a single glance.

It's the timing that gets me. It's supposedly peak season and it's been stopped - stone dead, and not for the first time. I can remember bracing myself for the Christmas period crippler and ebay has delivered some beauties over the years.

Same here just shows 0 view on PC. But on the phone still can see the views only they made on the PC plus less sales of course when they do any updates few days Ebay died but always thinks how lots of people have less sales after this any updates.  So its said again happen now when seller prepare to Christmas time ;((((((( I hope sales get back again but after will do something again . I just see the message is different as well when open and want answer someone message different screen go us not like before. :(((((((

Has anyone been able to report it? I have tried CS and got the usual 'will pass this to technical team' spiel.

Theres no button on the page to report a technical issue or anything. Zero impressions for 2 days now apparently despite selling items and having offers made.

So, managed to speak to someone and had to send screenshots of the issue. They've informed me "eBay are already aware of this technical issue and working on it as a top priority"

Make of that what you will. Even if they do fix it, the new format is nowhere near as good as the old.

There are more changes. I've just tried to send a message to buyer and it's completely different. Where to type the message was not obvious at all.

The most powerful people on eBay = their website designers.

Pointless change after change to justify their jobs, but what amazes me is how they manage to con management all the time that it needs doing, when it really doesn't.

The new mesages page is a complete mess too, there was nothing wrong with the old one.

Has anyone had any luck with this being fixed yet?

My page views shown as triple figures then as days went on dropped to 0 and no impressions today or yesterday. The new versions broke but it doesn't seem to be getting fixed. I've cancelled the small amount PL I was doing as a result as according to the new traffic page it's not working. There must be a way to let people know of technical issues outside of telling someone on CS chat who just says it's been passed on.

My views and impressions for Friday and Saturday are still climbing while today's remain at zero.  ebay probably only tackles the urgent stuff over weekends.

This is novel. I currently have nothing showing on my traffic page except  a dot on each of the impression and view graphs.

ebay is having problems fixing this. I have graphs back, but the figures are wildly inaccurate. I'd love to have a sales conversion rate of 26% but it's more likely to be 2.6% and this figure is apparently down 98%!  Impressions up 1,572%, listing views up 4,100% and a click through rate up 139%. It's going to be a while before anyone can have any confidence in these pages.

Same like ours but when check phone there shows the numbers too. Only the PC have this problem but now more than 1 week. I really do not when will be fix it :(((
