I had my account restricted on November 29th. While that’s no longer a concern, my payout has been on hold for more than 60 days. Customer service agents promised that the funds would be released on January 29th. However, I cannot chat with an agent because the automated assistant only offers callback options, and those are only available for the UK.
Sent emails, but no reply.

You need to log out of this UK site, and log into www.ebay.com

I know some might point out I keep on parroting this suggestion, but if you have a Twitter account (I'm not going to call it X), you might want to send @AskeBay a message, I always get an reply from an agent and more than often get my issue resolved, usually within the same day, or even the same hour. Had an issue myself on Wednesday I needed sorting.... took under 20min and it was resolved by the agent.

If you’re a business I find eBay for business on Facebook answers all my questions. Might drop them a message on Monday as that would be Ireland I’m talking to. Regarding GPSR .
