hi,i sold two x silver rings some time back.they ended up at kettering delivery office within two days.was out for delivery, but never got there.two weeks later we agreed the rings were lost,i gave the lady a full refund through ebay.fast forward a wee time more they get delivered, whilst lady is on holiday.she is quite happy with them, but we are both wondering how she should pay.would it be best to relist them(so that ebay gets its fees).would welcome feedback on this.

You can't really relist because you won't have anything to send and would be penalised for non-dispatch. Although I suppose you could send a card or something just to satisfy ebay requirements. But first see if buyer can use Paypal or similar.

If I were you I would list them Collection Only, have her pay and give you the Collection Code. That way it all goes through eBay, and you don't have to deal with posting something that has already arrived.

Or you could send her a Paypal invoice and she just pays you directly.
