Good afternoon everyone
As many of you are aware eBay introduced automatic positive feedback for business sellers, providing certain criteria's. The item had been received on time, no issues raised, and the buyer has not left feedback already.
eBay were so excited to announce this improvement to business sellers, (an eBay representative spoke to me at a local meetup). It was working for a while, and now it appears that this improvement that eBay were so delighted to announce has stopped working "not working as intended"
We had a flurry of sales (now dead) and we should have had the eBay auto feedback implemented, but this has not happened.
I have raised this with the eBay community chat team on Wednesday 17th September , but as yet heard nothing back.
Has anyone else noticed the eBay auto feedback not being applied?
Best wishes

Thanks for your reply custom-giftsuk
Let's hope that someone in eBay actually sorts this issue out for you.
I must say I could never be in a job that just states "working as intended" to every customer and problem.
It must be nice to live in a world that you can get away with using that line constantly.
Best wishes

It would be an interesting response to buyers claiming items were late or didnt show up with the phrase "the system is working as intended".
I think the responses would be not a laughing matter and probably get you barred from eBay for reposting them. However reporting such responses to eBay CS for unsuitable language would probably get you the response "The buyer is not in breach of any of eBay's policies" 😂

Due to taking legal action about this issue we have been contacted by ebay's HQ or something else called UK SMB. They requested samples despite CS already had many provided several times as well as at some point we emailed over hundreds of them in ebay's own spreadsheet - without any luck.
We are going to respond to their latest request and keep you posted if we manage to get anywhere. Currently we are chasing over 5,000 feedback since the end of April.
