Can anyone shed any light on the recent marketing programme comms

it looked to go live 19th March which has co-incided with an obvious sustained drop in sales 

is there something new that all sellers need to do around this to return to regular sales. It's not that clear from the lengthy document

Cant help but have noted a 30% drop in impressions since this date on impression chart that has been increasing for months with 'good practices' 

Not one for conspiracies as a rule, but have been working my tail off to turn impressions around with only extreme pricing helping
