eBay Fee Calculator - Wrong!

I'm trying to find a eBay fee calculator that is accurate - but every one I try they are totally wrong from what I'm shown on eBay.

Zik Analytics is closest with exactly 10p out.

Can anyone help?

Unless fees have changed recently, I use

These were accurate for my category when I listed.

Your actually better of creating a spreadsheet to work your fees out.

But are you allowing for VAT on fees?  I'm sure that some will include and some exclude this.
