Packlink notification of unpaid invoice

Anyone else receiving e mails from Packlink regarding unpaid invoices?

 

I had 2 yesterday to say the (automatic) fortnightly payment hasn't  been received. Another one today to say it is a glitch and to ignore it followed by a fourth saying the invoice has not been paid.

I have messaged Packlink and am still waiting for a reply.

I know you received the answer from Marco in the weekly chat here, so sharing just in case other users experienced the same issue.

It was a tech issue at Packlinks end which is now resolved.
