Hi everyone. I recently dabbled with Royal Mail's Click & Drop and didn't get on with it so cancelled and revoked the 3rd party access. My issue is that i now can't update the variation quantities in any of my listings through the manage variations route and it gives me the following error message:

This item cannot be accessed because the listing has been deleted or you are not the seller.

I can change the quantity by editing each listing but this takes way too long. Any clues?

I also can't edit quantities, but I have not changed any click and drop settings, or any other settings for that matter - I suspect it is another internal issue.

You can change the quantities the long way, by editing the listing, and selecting the variations, and edit from there.

I can't edit quantities and get the following message, I know the listing is not ended and I am logged in to the correct page, but I am worried because I have had no sales today, so I don't know if the listings are ended or not, but they are still showing in my items listed page

The item is for sale and I am the seller. I have reported the issue to ebay. Apparently it's an Ebay bug. They have sent it to the IT team to get it fixed.

Thank you for your posts.

A ticket was logged with tech yesterday for users receiving the error message " This item cannot be accessed because the listing has been deleted or you are not the seller." when trying to update quantities.

Can you check if this is working ok for you this morning?
