Unscheduled Payout

I’m on weekly (Tuesday) payouts. Today (Friday) eBay has send a payout of the funds accumulated since Tuesday. What a clown show.

I had some 'Seller co-funded voucher code ' offers from eBay over the past month or two ( 10 - 20% discount with me paying  a % and eBay paying  a % of the voucher when the customer purchased). All of the amounts owing to eBay were cashed in today and the balance left was sent over to me.

Not sure if this is the reason?

Just did the check payments schedule, look around for any issues type checks.

Think its less likely to be an issue now I've found this thread

I had a payout early this morning as well. I'm also on weekly payouts on Tuesday.

Doesn't eBay automatically pay out any balance every three months?

I didn't get my Tuesday weekly payout due to the technical problems, and asked CS if they'd payout as soon as possible or if it would wait until the following Tuesday (they didn't have an answer at the time), I guess we got our answer now. I'm just relived it has been sorted, and wasn't just me, as I was up early Tuesday morning, and thought the payout issue was just affecting my account.

I rang Concierge. Apparently it is a known glitch. I was advised to let people know they they should contact ebay so that the affected accounts are added to a ticket. I don't know if they just say that, seems to me with what seems a largish number affected - given this thread - techies surely don't solve things on a one-by-one basis... but what do I know....

Same here, also set to weekly/Tuesday.

It's kind of a relief to know it's not just me because my first thought was my account had been compromised.

Hi All,

Thank you for your posts.

There was a technical issue on Tuesday this week the 15th that did impact on demand payouts and scheduled payouts for that day but that was resolved.  

There is an open ticket this morning with tech who are investigating these unscheduled payouts. Once there is a further update I will let you know.

Same, had payouts this morning when also supposed to be Tuesday's
Double checked the account number last 4 digits it says it went to and also checked bank to make sure payments actually went into the bank as I originally thought we'd been hacked and the money had been robbed!!

We trust eBay to "look after" the funds until they pay them out weekly.
This is a joke and the fact there has not been an immediate announcement there was an issue makes it even worse.

Unsure if connected, but both my phones have gone rogue in regard to the eBay app during the night too.

Have 2 different eBay accounts and 2 different phones they are connected to.

Account A phone is trying to sign into account B...
