So I noticed someone has stolen all my listings and selling my T shirt designs at least 270 listings I counted before getting bored, All my listings have my ebay shop name tattooed on the Models arm, all my designs I have designed myself using licenced fonts and design elements which I have paid for. I am lucky enough to have copyrighted most of my designs too.
My question what should I do?
Report the Shop..., hoping they shut the shop as I'm guessing all there items are stolen,
Report each of my copyrighted items separately, so they will get a new report me daily.
what about the licence I've had to buy for these fonts, can I report to them that the fonts are being used without permission, or is that a waste of time?
I thought if I reported a copyright infringement, I'd have a place to put in my id number, but looking at ebays form, it just said report here 100 characters remaining so I doubt I can go into great detail about every infringement?
