Some GSP countries missing?

Anybody else having missing countries on gsp? Australia, Belgium, Germany etc? Seems to be on a variety of different listings and categories. Yet some are normal. Glitch or not? Ive attached a screenshot

GSP is missing when shipping to Brunei as of yesterday as well. I can no longer buy stuff from the UK and US anymore 😞 hope it gets solved

I've noticed if I go into a listing to edit it, GSP has countries excluded which I have to untick before I save.

These aren't excluded before I edit it.

I too have countries missing, just had an Australian lady contact me for a shipping quote which should show as GSP.

It was happening yesterday, the only way I found to get round it is find a listing in the same category that has all the countries showing and do sell similar, then change everything the match what the customer wants and then it worked for me. If I just done sell similar or start new listing it wouldnt work, I'm sure years above all the A and B countries on GSP were on the same column of a table and it just looks like the entire column has been deleted.

I've got France Spain Germany and the states missing now..Over £1000 of orders unable to be fulfilled as buyers can't complete..Brilliant !

Just one more reason to ship direct and not use GSP!

Doesn't work for us unfortunately as the postage costs go on our turnover so limiting what we could take on our VAT bracket

Insane how it just happen overnight many buyer and seller would also be affected by bad review if they dint know whats happening and didn't update their listings.

Hi All,

Thank you for your posts and examples.

This has been reported on other threads today and there is an open ticket with tech for it as it looks to be impacting a few countries. Anyone reporting the issue will be added to the ticket and once there is a further update on the resolution we will update the threads.
