Revising listings charges

Being charged 12p to revise  a listing.  What the hell is going on.  Oh and if your reading marco Royal Mail have and are working on the new late delivery system in Teesside.  
mon wed fri this week post lady said next week wed and fri. Please do not treat us like fools but rather somebody contributing to your salary 😡

I've just had this revised 4 listings and it's charged me 12p each time.

@hugothecockapoo Thats pretty rude. There is a notice up on Seller Central re alternate day posting. It is 2nd class letter only, so not a huge impact. We all would like the community team to be more proactive and less vague in their answers, but in this case i think it is fair to say they are only passjng on what they are told.
