Sold a model train controller.
Buyer came back and said its hard to use.
He says you have to keep scrolling through menu to do anything.
And to get back to the top of the menu he has to skip through the whole menu.
Therefore he wants to send it back.
I asked if he had tried pressing * key which takes you to the top of the menu.
He has gone quite now.
If he had read the manual he would have already known this.

When support tickets landed on my desk, it was with the greatest delight that I instantly closed them with 'WAD' (Working As Designed - eBay's favourite) or 'RFM' (Read the F****** Manual).

Everyone needs an app nowadays to tell them what to do, reading a manual is too much hard work. 😉

Tech support for a few companies back in my youth, RTFM is usually the answer 😂
