Problem with Listings Variation Screen

Anyone have any idea about this:

When I try and change some items via the Variation page I can only get the top half of the screen and cannot change it to full screen.

Tried with Chrome & Edge and still the same problem, even reset all the page settings?

At the part of the variations page that is visible, there is a slide bar to the right - drag this down (or mouse wheel down) - you will see the rest of the page. Bit of a nuisance I know but everything works for editing.

I agree with you - it was just a workaround until the tech guys extract the digit lol.

I saw the slide bar, but didn't realise I could drag it down.  I therefore updated the stock on all the variations using the teeny-weeny window.  Next time, I'll try dragging.

Yes it is fixed on the edit option when looking to amend a single listing.

However, yesterday I had the work around of using the Bulk Edit feature to amend the variations and photos and it worked as it should,  however today when using the Bulk Edit option this is now doing the same as the 'fixed' problem of yesterday.

The problem of yesterday has moved over to the bulk edit variation / add photo's page and needs fixing now.

Can this be re-logged for IT to look at the Bulk Edit variation feature as you can now no longer edit this way now?

It is exactly the same problem as yesterday, it has just moved to another part of the system.

Hi  @number-sixty ,

Tech were able check your account and advised going through the steps to use the bulk edit feature for variation the full page is showing.

Can you do a clear of cache & cookies and check if you can now see the full page view
