Is it better to cancel products from a personal seller account before setting up a business account? Or is it possible to have both accounts to run?
If I delete my products from my personal seller account will Ebay send me my profit to my bank account?

You can have both accounts.
A Private accocunt is used for selling used second hand items, and a Business account is used for selling Brand New items, items bought to sell, or handmade items.
Your money from sales do not go to your bank account , but into an eBay Balance. From there, you manually withdraw your money into your bank account.
Have you signed up for Managed Payments? All sellers have to do this to be able to sell on eBay.

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

It's easier to simply upgrade your current private account to a business one. I couldn't see any items that you have for sale that would be 'personal' and therefore need a private account.
