So pleased to hear of someone doing well at least! We normally do 6k in sales in November. This year 1k. Very scared for 2026 as we won't be around sadly.

after a dreadful year with most months just covering costs, November was a good month, got to prepare for MTD from April which no doubt will up my costs. December normally slow for me until 25-31 then its tends to pick up
happy Christmas everyone.

Pleased to see someone has had a good November. Personally this has been the worst November in 22 years,
normally one of my better months, but not this time.

I the last 5 days or so, I have had around £1.5k in sales from my you-tube product demos alone.
Yes I keep coming back to the same hint for others to try.
Sometimes you need to think outside the box when coming up with free ways
to advertise your products.
November was good for me. In particular buyers visiting my public open days.
Maybe buyers are losing faith in postal services.
My best selling brand sales are up 16% 2024 - 2025

Your right about the postal services. Postage is getting very expensive now. I purchased a shooting jacket from A Farley the other day. It was too small. Went to return it.... £8.95 return postage fee!!! *bleep*. I'd rather physcially go in a shop now to try clothing on. I think this is what is affecting online sales especially post COVID. People like to go to retail parks etc and have a brew with their friends. Obviously the items we sell you cannot buy on the high street but nevertheless it means less ebay user base overall I would guess.

We have sold little on line
its better than a month in a health spar,
no whinging no wittering and moaning no lost broke or nicked

Also pleased there is some good news - at least for some. I had a good Oct after a dire Sept (4 items) but Nov was a bit ok, could have done better (sounds like my school report!).
But I did sell some things that I had relisted for months +! I had a break from selling Dec / Jan last year but will continue through the festive period as more folks are on holiday and may have more time to browse.
Hope it improves for more of us!

I'm glad to hear you had a good month.
My November was better than I had expected. Higher-priced items have been going well, but run-of-the-mill stuff is still really sluggish.

Just horrible on here for me since end of August (Was doing great before then).
On the other hand Amazon sales are smashing it.

I had a good October and November, not as much as you but still good for time of year.

Fortunately our Amazon store is doing really well. It’s dead on here and has been for months

sorry were not really impressed with £1000 +sales in a month
unless its side hustle beer money
With no overheads costs or outlay
the actual profit for a month cant be.wonderful

You may not be impressed with their sales but they are happy and that's what matters.
It's all relative to overheads and circumstances.

Were happy too
though no one accepts it as oayment

Hi Messier44000
Just wondering if you direct your youtube sales to your ebay shop or to your own website?
As you're generating your own traffic you could cut out the middle man - and the fees.
Sounds like a brilliant way to advertise though - not sure I'd be brave enough lol 😁
