No Payouts today - Oct 7th.

The Seller Hub - Payments tab shows 'In Progress' (since 7.00 am - so at time of writing around 7 hours ago)

Time the operation commenced was 4 hours later than usual , but still not showing.

I saw a 'Member to Member Support' post earlier today , but cant find it now.

Any thoughts as to when funds will be released from ebay?

There are many, many posts about this today, so most sellers have been affected, but there's light at end of tunnel!

Nope, no announcement from eBay, as to when all will receive the payouts, but we're getting posts here, from a lot of peeps that they have just been paid.

Someone made a very good observation, that is, today being the first Tuesday of the month when eBay send the quarterly payouts to Private sellers, this seems to have created a long electronic backlog affecting both Private and Business seller morning payouts.

Could be the reason? Makes sense, but payouts are coming through in dribs and drabs .

Same thing with me. Just went to check my bank and it still hasn't appeared and just says "In progress"

Hi

Yes we had the same issue, no email from eBay this morning saying "we sent you a pay out" and our payment saying "processing"

With out fail every Tuesday early morning we always have an email from eBay "we sent you a pay out" (if we have sold items)

I have now checked (15.53 hours) and it claims the payment has now been cleared, but still no confirmation email from eBay.

As said before, another day, another problem caused by eBay.

We have now had the pay out. and last night also received the email "we sent you a pay out"

Hopefully this was a one off glitch to access our funds.

You may have missed Community manager's Marco's explanation for this, and I did add

this too, to one of the many threads for affected sellers yesterday, that is, the first Tuesday of months....October, January, April, and July those are the quarterly months eBay automatically pay Private sellers their payouts which have not been previously withdrawn .

This causes an electronic backlog for payments to both Private and Business sellers alike, and something new to me on those days, the Withdraw button is not available.

January here we come for more of the same ! 😶
