I've noticed a bug when creating a new listing with variations with the first photo shown not being the default main photo but one of the single individual items. Tartan Ware Napkin Rings as an example of one of our listings affected. I reported this to eBay a few days ago and was told it would be reported to the Technical Team and I would receive a response from them in 48 hours, which has now elapsed. This will lose me sales as searching the item doesn't show we have multiple variations available as the first photo.... It isn't a browser issue as eBay also confirmed it was a bug when I chatted to them. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a way of finding out if the issue is in the process of being resolved?
