Link to eBay Concierge has disappeared

I have been a Top Rated Business Seller for many years and have spoken many times to eBay Concierge who have generally been most helpful.  However today I have had several issues with the eBay site, but when I tried to contact Concierge in the usual way, the link on Seller Hub has disappeared.  Eventually I got through to the regular Customer Service but they were completely useless on all the issues I raised, and didn't even know what Concierge was.

Can anybody explain this?

Yup same here. Maybe called them once a month and the call would last 5 minutes as they would either solve the issue instantly OR give me a reason I wasn't getting my own way that made perfect sense. No wasted time on frivolities and ridiculous adherence to a script. Just plain English. As with Billythecardy above, it is especially galling when it was a gifted prize for life.

Concierge service gave us an improved ability to manage our business eg. Reporting. So its loss is an important issue. We decided to use normal ebay help to find out why it was removed:

1. The support assistant funnel did not understand what Consierege Service was. We ended in a branch of the funnel that allowed us a callback.

2. The nice person who called understood it was "something to do with our account" and asked us to hold.

3. They hung-up within 10 seconds.

4, The called back then hung-up within one second.

Atrocious. There was a very specific reason we were awarded Consierge Support and its sudden withdrawal is a concern. No warning, no reason, no options.

I've just been on the phone with eBay Customer Services and I have to say it is awful.

I asked the operator about how we get the Concierge Team (we've been with the Concierge for many years) to contact me and she said her nor her team had ever heard of the Concierge Team, so not a good start.

My main question was regarding one of our items compared to a competitor’s listing. We both sell the same item, I gave her the eBay Item numbers and the question is, why does my listing show a delivery time using Royal Mail 48 Tracked of 2 - 3 working days and the competitors listing using Royal Mail 48 is 1 – 2 working days, this is INCORRECT even on Royal Mail’s site, Royal Mail 48 Tracked is a 2 – 3 working day delivery service, not 1 – 2 working days, so how have they done this, she then went onto say, she had no idea, so I suggested she put me through to the Technical team as this is an error on the listing, she then typed the problem and tried to transfer me but instead cut me off, so after 15 minutes of completely unhelpful info, we still have no answers...............
