Listing Views All Set To 0 Views Today

I was checking my active listings today on my smartphone and noticed that they were all showing 0 views even those yesterday that had been showing 11 views etc. The number of watchers does not seem to have been impacted on the lisitngs. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Tech have confirmed this issue as resolved.  You may need to refresh your page and clear your cache and cookies and the view numbers should now be showing.

Doesn't seem fixed for me. I have had only 2 views in 12 hours now.

Seems to be something really weird.g with eBay the last few weeks. Extremely low views. Sales off a cliff.

People aren’t spending. Skint after the summer holidays with family. This country is a fortune to holiday and live in now let’s be honest. Then people will be saving for Christmas. The economy is dire with a shocker of a budget coming end of November so no sales is hardly surprising tbh. With the budget being so late I reckon this will affect the run up to Christmas sales as people will be waiting to see how bad the budget really is

Thanks for your comments which I would tend to agree with. While most of my
listings are less than £10, sales have gone off the cliff since last week.

I would suggest that you contact eBay support to just check that your
listings are not affected like mine previously. Personally, I have had just
1 sale in the last week so understand your concerns

I am now currently facing the same problem had the glitch happened again since when I spoke with ebay they advise that there are currently no glitched but I normally get 100k - 200k organic impressions daily with 500 - 1000 views but from yesterday this has dropped to 0. As a small start up business I cannot afford for this to happen especially when the customer support advises that there is no problems.

I had checked to see if there is any restrictions on my account with eBay which they advised there is not but as shown in the photo something is going on. who and how can I resolve this issue.

Thank you for raising this with the tech team, I can provide more information for this, it looks like a lot of people are experiencing this now, Yesterday it seemed to be fixed but today it had gone back to being the same where the first like 2 hours I get the organic impressions and views then it drops to 0 again. looks like the 17th, 18th it was at basically 0 then started acting normal again on the 19th and now on the 20th dropped back to 0. 

Will there be a official statement from eBay acknowledging this or where would be best to see a update on this problem?

Hi Kat

Has the fix been rolled out to all sellers. Our listings are still showing incorrect impressions and page views. Additionally, the date labels on the traffic graphs are inaccurate.
