I use within Inventory the 'duplicate as' function to duplicate and create new inventory items. This stopped working and when I select 'duplicate as' instead of bringing up a new listing page, it simply does nothing. I checked 4 different browsers on this computer and all the same. I checked another computer and the same. I checked another laptop that was not switched on all the time and it worked, for about a week, and now does work there either, does nothing. So I'm thinking a Defender update or something. I have turned off adblockers, reset all browsers settings etc etc - anyone else having this else??

Are you quite sure that you mean "Duplicate as"?
"Sell similar" yes, but I have never heard of this option.... At least on Ebay anyway.

I also use the same function all the time and it has not worked for about 3 months now!
I have rung up ebay dozens of times and got little to no help
Weirdly it worked for a few hours on 25/8 then today its stopped again
Really frustrating - I feel your pain

Are you using Turbo Lister? I thought that was retired years ago...

No, using seller hub that you get with a shop

I have a shop and seller hub but I don't have that option. I have "Sell similar" but not "Duplicate as".
Having looked at the dates both the OP and yourself registered I think you have "old style" accounts that have more in common with eBay.com than what most eBay UK users registered after around 2005 would see.
Can you take a screenshot from your seller hub like this one:

There is a drop down from "sell again" and its in that

It looks to me like you still have the "old" seller hub; this is probably due to when your account was registered (2002). My "listing templates" section looks completely different to yours with different options.
I thought the "old" and "new" account types had been harmonised a few years ago but I now think that must have only been the seller hub dashboard. I can't help any further but your earlier post suggests eBay are treating it as a technical fault.
