It seems the EU make it hard to sell there by demanding a responsible person in the country you are sending to. They are also fussy about paperwork.
I have had 2 items which were refused by receiving country for not having correct paperwork despite all done by the post office.
I have another item lost coming back from Brazil because there was wrong documentation.
If that's the way they want to play it then fine, I wont buy from abroad again.

For Brazil it is very important to include their personal tax ID number (CPF) as a separate line within the address information.
Some Brazilian customers already know this and have this include with the address provided, most are not aware it is a must requirement and you would need to ask them for it.
It is not recommended to send without the CPF number or it will be refunded and returned some weeks later.

The GPSR rule came in Dec24 and also includes Ireland (not NI) and certainly not worth the risk of sending without as there are fines for not having a responsible person in EU..

Came here to say this. Brazil needs a CPF on the parcel, lots of other South American countries need a tax code on the packaging so worth always asking for it.

How many items in a rolling year are you sending to EU countries, from what I see if it is less than 300 in a rolling 12 month period you do not need to have a reponsible person, I prsume you have an EORI, if you do have one there is no way of entering it on the royal mail website, you have to use a pen and write it on the CN22 thats generated with the royal mail label.
