Try putting something like "If this item interests you then you may find the following items to be of interest", followed by the item listing numbers for any other items that you feel the buyer may well be tempted to buy as a result of purchasing the first item.

You couls add it as a veration , so you have a product A then product B, so your drop down list would be Product A £25.00
