Couple of weeks ago it occurred to us that we hadn't sold anything through GSP recently. So checked our postage policies and it's been turned off across all policies, not something we would do. Turned it back on and the orders resumed.
Checked again today and ebay have turned GSP off for all except one policy so we've turned it back on again. Has anyone else seen this or are we missing something?

GSP has been turned off again without notice in my business policies. I only noticed it by chance as I am creating a new postage policy.
Twice in a month.. joke.

Hi
Yes few days ago saw first time it was switched off and after put all these list another policy. But today again found 100 lists. Why they do this? I have sells with this service almost 2 or 3 times per week. First time because I did jot know 1 person from USA asked why not sells to there I said the GPS was active but when after check that policy where was that list and others list all of them missed. 😡😡😡. So this person jot tell me I did not know it
Now I will check almost every day that policy.

Thank you. Please keep reporting to Ebay. Only then will we get something done.

Have had one sale via the GSP since December. Tried everything, including signing up with Webinterpret and manually adding GSPR info to 600 listings.
Just found that my "Royal Mail Tracked" postage policy has had GSP turned off, and a duplicate "Royal Mail Tracked Copy" which I never created is also available which has GSP turned on.
90% of my listings are on the first one.
To say that I'm absolutely fuming is an understatement.

There is another solution to this. When you go in to make a change to a policy toggle the GSP button off and then back on. Save as usual. GSP will then stick on until the next time you need to change a policy.
