Faith restored honest buyers

In a world where we all read scams and listen to tales of dishonesty I’d like to share something with you that’s restored my faith 

I sold two plates to a buyer and a few days later the buyer purchased more of the same. I presumed that they just wanted to check the quality and then decide to buy more. As I sell preloved items I quite understand this  However their feedback revealed that they had actually dropped the first plates after buying and needed more to replace them. This made me realise that most people out there are honest because they could have easily claimed that they got broken in the mail and got free replacements. I have sent the buyer a coupon should they wish to buy anything more as a thank you. Faith restored

Shows there are still the good uns'  out there, and although we do hear here,   99% posts  do relate to bad experiences,  bad sellers,  bad buyers ,  this forum doesn't show a true picture, of the members who are actually our there.

It's really good that you sent them a coupon.  They must be mad at themselves for dropping the plates and, even if they don't want more plates, it'll come across as a nice gesture from an eBay seller.
