EBay Packaging Voucher.

I always use my packaging voucher because for the most part it is useful. I stopped using the tape because of its consistently bad quality and started using the boxes which again the quality is not so good but sufficient However I’m considering not using it after this months debacle. I always place my order at the beginning of the month and this months debacle the boxes had not arrived by the earliest date so I decided to check the evri tracking. The tracking indicated that 5 days after being given the tracking number it had not reached the courier so I sent a message to the seller. It took almost 24 hours to get a response but that response said they would look into it. another 24 hours went by and I then had a message to say the warehouse had experienced despatch problems and as compensation they would send out the boxes and include a free pack. Great I thought so accepted the offer

yesterday that’s now 3 days past the latest expected delivery the boxes arrived but they were a smaller size than the ones ordered. I messaged again and have now received a message asking me to take the boxes back to an evri parcel shop and that they would send me a label. All Ok I guess but then I will have to wait for either the correct boxes to arrive or a refund. My Evri parcel shop is a 15 minute drive and staffed by one of the most unhelpful people who scoff when you bring anything bigger that a flannel in and normally say that they don’t accept large parcels.  All this for a supposedly free voucher. Honestly eBay packaging whoever you are this service is absolute rubbish. So 15 days later I’m without the boxes I ordered  because we are forced to use this supplier in order to redeem the voucher. I might just not bother in future but I guess that’s what eBay want

EBay Packaging Voucher.

I usually wait till later in the month as I suspect they're swamped with orders in the first few days.

They're still a bit slow, but not so bad as when I used to order as soon as I got my voucher.
