Does neutral feedback affect your seller account?

So I just got 5(!) neutral feedback from the same buyer who ordered 5 items*, and I'm wondering if the fabled algorithm will now banish my listings to the bottom of the pile, or if eBay will see this as an opportunity to charge their 'penalty' fees?

*This part is not really relevant to the question, but just context about the feedback... The listing in question is a multi-listing where you choose the size (and genre) of a DVD bundle you receive. They chose 5 lots of 1 DVD, which isn't unusual as they were 5 different genresm so it seemed like they were just mixing and matching, as plenty of buyers before them have done. They were disappointed that they only received 10 DVDs for a total of £9.95 (they only ordered 5 but I put in double). They thought they were getting a larger 'bundle' for each of their five £1.99 purchases. The buyer seems genuine, but I don't know how anyone could specifically click 'number of discs - 1' on a dropdown, see that it's £1.99 including postage, and expect to receive anyothing other than 1 DVD, let alone a whole bundle. anyway I'm just ranting now.

Neutral feedback doesn't affect your account in any way and your follow up response is excellent and should effectively change the neutral into a positive in the eyes of any prospective buyer.

As stated, Neutral makes no difference whatsoever, and soon it will relegated to the pages of'no one cares'. Don't even lose a second of sleep.

... and expect to receive anyothing other than 1 DVD

I sell 95 colours of fibre.  On another platform, the buyer selects the number of packs from a drop down and lists the colours required in the personalisation box.  An option on the drop down is '95 packs' and the text on the personalisation box states 'If you have selected '95 packs' from the drop down, just type 'All' in the personalisation box and you will receive one of each colour'.

Some buyers select '1 Pack' and type 'All' in the box.  So, the buyer is expecting to get 950g of top quality Merino fibre, each colour individually packed and labelled, packaged into 14 labelled colour groups, for £4.90 freepost.

Do these buyers seriously believe they can get all that for £4.90, or do they think that it's a mistake on the listing and the order will be processed and shipped without anyone noticing, or are they just abysmally stupid?
