Do I list everything for £1

I am sick of seeing listings under cutting by listing something that is £75 but listed at £1.99 with options. Do I list my product for £1 and that gets you a washer £2 for a nut and washer but £25 for the actual full product I am selling so in the search it comes up as £1. No end of reporting these items results in nothing being done.

It is frustrating. I search the other day for something that should be around £7.99 , most search results started 99p and would when you clicked them they would be for something stupid like a rubber band or the best one was "Out Of Stock" listed for 99p. Not sure how many "Out Of Stock" they had for sale but at least 10 listed still

You could of course do that, but then you would be one of the many doing it, that is so frustrating to buyers!

I honestly think that it actually put's off more, than it attracts.

I know that if I see a listing like that, my first thought is simply "get stuffed"!

At the end of the day, the buyer see's a listing for a pound, but is then asked to pay twice/three times that.

Which is generally more expensive than all the other sellers.

It's why I seldom buy packaging on eBay these days.

I think due to the lack of control from ebay it will destroy itself, like Google searching these days shows up everything except what you are searching for
