Defect rate not updating + how to contact seller support

Hi everyone,

We got a warning from eBay to improve our seller performance before Nov 20, but we haven’t had any new transaction defects in the last 3 months. The defect rate still hasn’t changed though.

Does anyone know when it usually updates or resets? Also, how can I contact a real eBay support agent (not the automated chat) to raise this issue?

Evaluation day is the 20th and it may be over 12 months not 3.
