Customers paying for faster shipping on Premium Service listings- easily missed

One of the criteria for having a listing badged 'premium service' is that a faster shipping option is allowed.  I find that this option is only used occasionally and it isn't highlighted on the orders page- so it's easily missed.  Cue peeved customer if it is missed as they don't get the service that they've paid for.

Appreciating that it's the responsiblity of the seller to see this- it would be a GREAT help if ebay could highlight this on the orders summary as it stops it being missed and it would help both the seller and increase customer trust in things getting done properly.   I've missed a few of these and it just creates an overhead of customer service and admin when having to put things right after scoring an own goal.

I know that ebay highlights multiple quanities on the bulk shipping page- only helpful if you're using packlink or whatever, not useful if you export to Royal Mail.

Perhaps both order quantity and and upgraded shipping could be highlighted on the orders summary page it would be a great help to see these in bold, or with a yellow background or something- can someone escalate this to the web dev people??

Dont know what the answer is but agree for some reason customers do not see it, or claim they didnt see it!

Yes, 1st Class, Yes, 1st class signed, Yes, Guaranteed Next Day Before 1pm

But for some reasons customers arent seeing it, probably 50/50 this year of those that do see it and those that havent seen it, the 50/50 is on those that do take up the expedited services after the event.

Will add, 'Oh I didnt see it' but when I inform them its there but at a cost, they say its OK, just send it, some will always try it on

If you use business click and drop for Royal Mail they've updated the system recently so now it actually says if the buyer selected Tracked 48 or Tracked 24, I'm pretty sure previously it was also just a standard shipping option that was transfered over. You just need to use the filters on the RM system.

We don't tend to have an issue as it all pulls into our third party integrator and its clear what the postage method is.

The issue we have is where customers buy more than one thing from us but only select an upgraded delivery on one of the lines. I get why customers do this because it does at first glance look like they will be charged AGAIN for the second line. Its not until the postage is upgraded on the second item that it shows that the cost on that second line is FREE.

But we then end up with the order being split into two.
