Confused new business seller

Hopefully someone here can help - I upgraded to business account yesterday and opted for a basic shop, which it seems gives 100 auction listings and 250 fixed price per month free, but I am being charged 18p per auction listing - fixed price are fine. The automated assistant is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, and I've had two calls from CS which have mysteriously terminated after 10 minutes or so.  I'm probably missing something obvious - can anyone advise?

7 day auctions are free you are listing your auctions for 10 days

That's what I thought, but I tried an experimental 7 day listing and still paid the fee!

Welsh Dragon is right. It should be free if you have paid a subscription for this month and are using 7 day auctions. 

Contact ebay customers service and ask for a refund.

Thanks all, seems to be working OK now. I won't subject myself to the trauma of Ebay CS to recover 36p!
