Confused about final value fees...

Is there anywhere we can see a breakdown of the transaction fees once we have sold something? I am selling video games and the transfaction fee should be 9.9% plus 30p or whatever it is according to ebays fee list for categories. However I've noticed I'm consistently paying around 15%.... are ebay mucking this up and I have to get in touch, or this is just normal? It would help if I could see a breakdown of how they reached that value but all I get is a vague text box that explains nothing.

Go in to All Orders from the seller hub. Above each order there is an order number. Click on this and scroll down the right hand side until you see order earnings. Click on view more details, you will need to sign back in, and it will take you to a breakdown of all the fees for that item.

I see thanks! So yeah its 20% VAT on top of the fee... cheeky but at least I know now.
