Hi all,
I tried to connect eBay to Royal Mail Click & Drop. It was working on Sunday, but I removed the connection to run another test. Yesterday, when I tried to add eBay to Click & Drop again, the status icon stayed red. Could anyone help, please? Is this because I had previously added it?

Try clearing your devices cookies and cache,and use a PC if using a mobile device as the ebay app isn't always reliable

I am having the same problem on both mine and my partners accounts, disconnected on the 19th Jan and now I can't reconnect. When you try to there is no "Grant Application Access" permission form provided to confirm access (see picture). My account has been integrated with Royal Mail for 10+ years and we have never had this issue before.
I have contacted eBay customer service and they just said they will escalate it but I am now stuck manually inputting all of the weekends tracking and todays dispatch has not uploaded. They seemed to think it was just my account but I did say that I had seen this post and it was effecting both of our accounts.

After speaking with Royal Mail it would appear this is a known multi user issue with no current estimated fix time.

Hi Kat and all, just to let you know. mine is fixed this morning. I removed the integration from RM, then removed grant from eBay, then re-integrated eBay to RM, which fixed the problem.

Might be a bit late but if it happens again, instead of inputting orders manually you can download all your orders by ticking them, selecting other/download. This produces a .csv that you can import (import orders) into C&D. You have to map the fields, just click on them and match them up. Like buyer name, address 1st line..etc, you only have to do this the first time.
Then all the orders will appear in C&D.
