I have two instances of orders NOT being imported from ebay to click and drop, one on the 14th of March and another on Feb 27th. Was there an issue on these days ? It is most concerning as in both instances it is random and isolated and i have had customers opening 'Item not Received' cases against me within eBay. I also think there have been one or two other random isolated instances of this happening in the past which have led to INR cases.
The inconsistency is more of an issue than if it was completely broken.
I've had a similar experience though can't tell you the dates. Now got into the habit of matching numbers of orders in C&D to number showing as awaiting dispatch in Seller Hub before I start packing.
This happens to us on ocassion, not regularly but I'd say every 3-4 months. I can't find a correlation as to why, time of day or addresses in specific countries. I generally check the number of sales against the number of orders in Click and Drop for disparities.
I wander if its a Horizon machine behind it - i have also had a few wrong charges by the Horizon machine with the new barcode tech etc stating items incorrectly weighted and when challenged dropped although some were refused and it wasn't worth the time to challenge given small amounts. Doesn't seem to have happened for a while.
I've not had this issue once, so maybe you need to look at updating the ebay connection in your C&D settings. Sometimes it can take longer than usual for an order to come through into C&D but generally they always come through.
